These charts come straight from the sample log. Nothing extra to enter. The nitrate chart on the right caught Well #3 drifting toward its MCL back in 2023, while every individual result still passed.
Field crews collect seven days a week: monitoring wells, taps, outfalls, riverbanks. Every fake reading below has the same shape as a real one. A site, a matrix, a chain of custody. AI doesn’t replace any of that. It makes it searchable.
Subcontract results arrive as paper and PDFs in a dozen formats. AI reads them, maps their parameter names and methods to yours, matches the customer, and drafts the LIMS record. You review and approve.

Before AI can search the archive it has to survive it. A real build starts with a cleanup pass: broken encodings, Windows line endings, Excel serial dates, five spellings of the same client. Fix those once and everything downstream gets easier.

Same numbers, no hand-fixing. The Excel export somebody cleans up by hand today goes out as a finished certificate, including the footnote someone would have had to remember to write.
